These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from Playnest at jhvgng-ev.myshopify.com.

1. Seller

2. Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation and/or charging your payment method and fulfilling the order. We may cancel an order before shipment due to inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons. If canceled after payment, we will refund amounts charged for the canceled items.
