Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Playnest. This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for most unused items in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item is unused, unwashed, and free of damage caused after delivery
  • Item is in original packaging with all accessories/tags where applicable
  • You provide order number and proof of purchase

The following are generally not eligible unless required by law or the item is defective:

  • Final sale / clearance items marked non-returnable
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after the return window without approval

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

4. Return Shipping

  • For returns due to our error or a verified defect, we cover reasonable return shipping
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for the same item in a different color/size when inventory allows. If unavailable, we may issue a refund or store credit.

7. How to Start a Return

  • Order number
  • Item(s) to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged/defective

Do not send returns without a return authorization / instructions from our team.
